We offer various IT solutions including, but not limited to, Website Development, Hospital Management Software, Polyclinic Management Software, Pharmacy Management Software, and Digital Marketing. Detailed project scopes will be provided in separate agreements.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the project agreement. InfoWaysIndia reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all code, designs, and materials developed by InfoWaysIndia remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point the rights may be transferred to the client as agreed upon.

5. Limitation of Liability

InfoWaysIndia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
