Clients may request a cancellation of their project or services. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If the project has not yet commenced, a full cancellation is possible. However, if the project is already underway, cancellation will be subject to billing for the work already completed up to the date of the request.
Due to the custom nature of our software development and web design services, we generally do not offer full refunds once work has begun. Refunds are only considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the sole discretion of InfoWaysIndia management if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon initial requirements.
Payments for ongoing services like Digital Marketing, SEO, and Software Maintenance are non-refundable. You may cancel these services with a 30-day prior notice to prevent future billing.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
